Contract Scope of Work

Systems Engineering and Integration Support:

  • Network engineering supporting design, operation, and testing in IPv6 environment
  • Information Assurance training, tracking and certifications
  • Tier 1, 2 and 3 help desk support
  • Technical documentation including manuals, drawings, and test plans

Audio Visual Support:

  • Engineering evaluation, installation and testing of audio, video, and VTC systems
  • System configurations and system documentation

Software Development and Database Management:

  • Software design, development, implementation, test, deployment, and documentation
  • Database management to include administration, enhancements, and maintenance

Operational and Technical Support:

  • On-site assessment and resolution for technical problems

Hardware/Software Maintenance:

  • Procure, upgrade, integrate, and maintain systems/equipment
  • Technical documentation for new or prototype systems
  • Modifications, system tests, certify systems/equipment as operation-ready
  • Equipment moves

Integrated Logistics Support

  • Logistics Management Information (LMI) data products
  • Logistics management for SPAWAR programs
  • Technical documentation and ILS certification
  • Functional and configuration audits
  • Configuration management documentation, ECP, and SCP proposals
