Back to School Donations VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (August 2017) — For the eighth year in a row, PROSOFT employees donated school supplies and backpacks to the Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation through the Adopt-A-Student Program. These donations will help make it possible for families in the transitional housing program to have the necessary school supplies for their children to begin the school year. |

Hats Off to Our Heroes VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (June 2011) — Leslie Simon (centered in photo) works on the Carderock contract marketing the majestic Stiletto, an experimental, all carbon fiber craft orignally built to explore the scalability of non-mechanical dynamic lift, composite carbon fiber construction, and high-speed performance for miliary operations. Leslie planned a Hats Off to Our Heroes charity event benefitting Wounded Wear. This organization distributes clothing kits to Wounded Warriors providing clothing to wear around medical devices necessary for healing. Wounded Wear was created by a severely wounded Navy SEAL who recognized the need for such clothing. People Taking Action VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (March 2010) — News Channel 3 - News Channel 3 salutes people who are taking action to make our community a better place. Tabitha Collins, Travel Specialist for the Carderock project, requested that Kurt Williams of News Channel 3 award PROSOFT employees who donated leave to her during her illness, as well as awarding the customer at Carderock for their patience and support during Tabitha’s absence. A People Taking Action ceremony was conducted Monday, March 15th, 10:00, at the Carderock building, Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek. |
