Training Development and Delivery

PROSOFT provides a full spectrum of training products and services, including job/task and training requirements analysis, Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Computer Managed Instruction (CMI), and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) courseware design and development. We also develop Distributed Learning programs, train-the-trainer and mobile training team instruction, and training effectiveness evaluation and assessment. Our Instructional Technologists are skilled in Agile and UML design methodologies. In support of the Army's Distributed Learning Education and Training Program (dLETP), our personnel have been involved in the steady migration of training from classroom to blended learning via VTT, web based instruction, and asynchronous instruction using IMI. In support of US Navy PEO IWS5, our programmers generated over 100 Flash-based CMI courses. Our Functional and Training Analysts provide functional analysis, subject matter expert, and training for the TRADOC Capability Manager - Army Training Information System (TCM-ATIS). In addition, our Williamsburg Office provides Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Facilitator Video Conferencing training and certification.
